- Using the RV Circuit Analyzer
Start by making sure the power pedestal circuit breakers are in the OFF position.
Plug in the RV Circuit Analyzer into a compatible 30A 120V power source. Plug it by itself,without the RV attached.
Turn ON the circuit breakers and check the LED indicators pattern on the Rv Circuit Analyzer display.Match these with the above diagrams (see Diagram 1). lf the pattern indicates the "Correct Wiring" youcan plug in your RV.
lf you see any other light pattern, the RV Circuit Analyzer had detected power issues or electrical faults.
In this case, contact the park management to fix the issue or move to a different power pedestal.
Check the "Surge Protection" bottom LED indicator. lf it is lit the Surge Protector is active.If the LED is off there is no surge protection (see Diagram 2)
NOTE: The Rv Circuit Analyzer's Surge Protector is a consumable device that degrades over time, lt willconstantly absorb voltage surges and spikes sacrificing itself to protect your RV. Once the SurgeProtector LED indicator DOES NOT illuminate and you've confirmed this condition with multiple powersources, then the device has served its purpose and it's time to be replaced.
